Mc Bean Duplexes

The vision for the project was to build unique, modern and riveting duplex apartments creating a complete living experience for tenants by providing garden spaces, kids play & recreational areas. We aimed for a modern theme in the design approach to make the building stand out from the surrounding buildings and to have harmony with the natural landscape. The success of this project was dependent on several important design factors, starting with the building's form, circulation, privacy solutions and exploiting spaces.
