Arima Residence

Initially started off as a major home renovation, we then decided to demolish the existing due to cost and re-build on the existing foundation this double story tropical modern home paying very close attention to the clients budget.  This private residence features large format windows to the front facade taking advantage of the views from where it sits. The long narrow lot allowed us have the parking to the back of the property.
